But seriously... Adrian, my jaw dropped when I read this (above). Sorry to
jump in here out of the blue, but your post sounds really mean regardless of
whether it’s true, which I doubt it is. Maybe I’m biased, being a huge fan
of Eric’s work (and yours as well, for that matter) and so I love seeing new
iterations of older ideas. As MarkN pointed out, Eric has made numerous
improvements.
Why the negativism? It seems to me that it only hurts other people when you
post purely negative commentary. I’ve always hated the phrase “If you can’t
say something nice, don’t say anything at all,” but maybe there’s an ounce of
truth in it?
If you’d said something like that about one of my MOCs, I’d feel pretty hurt.
Seeing this here, I’d also feel less welcome in posting new MOCs in this
group. I think you should think about that a little bit.
