I don't have a whole lot of free time these days (I should really be studying
right now), so I tend to focus my attention on MOCs that strike my fancy
immediately. Honestly, your MOCs are better appreciated in person than in a
bunch of photos. With time to pore over the details on how you accomplished
something, I'm sure I could come up with some questions and suggestions.
But, I don't go browsing through Technic posts to see how neat solutions to
mechanical were accomplished. Neither am I that interested in how you did it.
Lego for me is about how the thing looks more than how it works. If it moves,
even better, but looks come first. I build stuff that really moves at work, so
I'll stick to pretty stuff in my spare time.
I don't mean to dismiss what you do. It's great, and you're really good at it,
just like there are people who kick ass in every Mindstorms competition. But,
you obviously have the skill to do other interesting things, so it would be cool
to see something dramatically different.
