I thought the 2-year cycle was for specific products. So the *Egyptian*
sets are on the end of their lifespan. But there's no implication that the
Adventurers theme won't continue. Aquazone was the first of the new themes
(I do believe), and it's still going, on the tail end of the 4th and 5th
subtheme.
If the Amazon sets are as popular as the Egyptian sets were, I would not be
surprised to see a third subtheme appear. But I'd bet the Amazon sets
haven't done as well--they're more expensive (per piece) than the Egyptian
sets, and the monuments/architecture isn't as interesting.
I also have doubts that "Artic Adventurers" could really carry a complete
subtheme.
