Well, I was going to snip so the conversation became clearer, but I figured I'd
mix up the attribs, so basically this is in response to the Atlantis theme.
Yes, I think it is good, because you could get away with both Grecian
architecture (or modified Greek or whatever the heck they felt like), have
lurking horrors, and have it fit with the Adventurers theme.
Another opportunity (someone mention dinosaurs? <g>) would be a Lost World
theme, or perhaps one with better building opportunities, a Dinotopia-style
theme.
I'm curious as to the sales figures of the various lines - not that we'll ever
know. The only two lines I currently like are the Adventurers and Ninja
(Castle) stuff. I feel the Ninja have run their course, but the Adventurers
line still has potential. But potential means nothing if the sales aren't
there. Thankfully, most of the basics are there, and further themes can always
be developed by your own imagination.
