Well that depends on how much "extra precedence" is given. That point aside,
perhaps a cynic would admit that the fact that more than half of the last
100 messages have been highlight/spotlighted is quite impressive. Is any
other group better?
The group is operating as it has for some time. The messages appear to be
well regarded and there are no real trouble being caused. I just do not see
what the problem is. If its not broke, dont fix it.
