it is. The charter for each newsgroup is in the top left corner of the page
for that newsgroup. Which makes Larry's link redundant, although it does
prove that charter messages are not modified to reflect the updated charter
for a group.

At the bottom of the page, there are already a link to 'Terms of Use'. 'Newsgoup Charter' would be a natural next to (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jan-02, to lugnet.admin.general)
