I disagree.
Rather than each curator adding a link, the charter link should be part of
the page. At the bottom of the page, there are already a link to 'Terms of
Use'. 'Newsgoup Charter' would be a natural next to that.
If it is left up to the curator, the links are unlikely to be consistent
looking and consistently placed. Besides, not all groups have curators, so
it doesn't solve the problem across the board.

Which makes Larry's link redundant, although it does prove that charter messages are not modified to reflect the updated charter for a (...) (22 years ago, 4-Jan-02, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.faq)
