Well, many groups have a blurb at the top which is the group specific part
of the charter. But providing a link to the whole thing is a good idea too,
and I've done that for trains and trains.org. I suggest other curators
consider it as well.

| (...) ... (...) I agree. (...) I disagree. Rather than each curator adding a link, the charter link should be part of the page. At the bottom of the page, there are already a link to 'Terms of Use'. 'Newsgoup Charter' would be a natural next to (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jan-02, to lugnet.admin.general)

One thing to remember is that while Lugnet appears to be an NNTP server with an e-mail interface and a very nifty web interface, it's really a huge data base, with NNTP, e-mail, and web interfaces.
