Sorry Todd. Let me try again.
Supposition: Change the first/topmost page of www.lugnet.com to something that
beginners might not be so daunted by, as Kevin Salm suggests, and Tony
Priestman and Bram Lambrecht concer with. You decide that this is also a good
idea, to make it more appealing to those less experienced.
Proposition: If the change occurs, you could mirror the existing topmost page,
(the one currently at www.lugnet.com,) to something that we experiance lugnet
users would not have to wade through the begginer page/(s) to get to. Say
something like, www.lugnet.avanced.com, or some such thing as that. That is
what I meant to say in my previous posting.
Is that a bit clearer? I hope so, because sometimes I know what I want to say
and it doesn't always come out right.

| (...) OK, ya, now I grok what you're saying. Yah, we plan to do just that -- Suzanne has a few nice designs drawn up too, it's just a matter of making it happen. One thing we want to do is make CLSotW, the Spotlight stuff, and new member notices a (...) (24 years ago, 2-Mar-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
