  Using an RCX

Good idea, I have built a prototype pendulum clock using the RCX that has a realistic tick tock sound and swinging pendulum. Instead of weights it uses the RCX to give the pendulum a 'kick' every second, this allows it to run indefinetly. Now I just (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

Re: Which recent sets contain yellow Classic 1x2x2 windows?

Jon, when parts packs (or service packs) first became available in the late 70's or early 80's one of the first items was a "Police" parts pack containing 3 yellow windows like you just described. Of course this doesn't help you since it was dropped (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Which recent sets contain yellow Classic 1x2x2 windows?

(...) Sorry Eric, I should have been more specific. I meant in YELLOW. The small sizes (1x1x2, 1x2x1, 1x1x1) were only ever available in parts packs in red and white. Never in yellow. And the only parts pack that ever had the 1x2x2 in yellow was a (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

LEGO should reissue some classic windows.

Dear Brad Justus, I have mentioned before (ad nauseum), but it would be nice if LEGO re-issued some of their classic windows (originally produced from 1957 to the late 1970s). Here are some reasons: 1) the 1x1x1, 1x1x2 and 1x2x1 small classic (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general)
