Dave, Thanks for all the comments in the thread. As I have not looked at the API supplied by the firmware I did not realise that the NQC api was such a close match. Booleans work the same as in most languages. If you want to test for a certain condition or set of conditions, then break it down into things that can be answered as true or false. I've noticed alot of my old (relatively old...late 70's early 80's) 1x1 bricks are splitting. Maybe the bricks have been redesigned to fix this problem. The other thing I have noticed is that the bricks are constantly being redesigned. Hollow tubes (...) (25 years ago, 16-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

Does anyone know if there's anywhere on the web where set inventories are stored? I'm starting to think about the possibility of inventorying some of my sets as I build them and putting the info probably in an Access Database. (It's only a vague (...) (25 years ago, 15-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

I have seen a Mindstorm box here in the USA for version 1.5 apart from 10 less pieces and a recomendation for a 166Mz PC what is the diffference. Frank, What are the Light Bricks?? Source?? I just put two LED's on a 2x2 brick, with copper foil contacts. On an RCX Output it can be Red or Green (Direction) and can be dimmed with the power levels. A Radio Shack Super Brightness LED can be seen (...) (25 years ago, 15-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)
