Hear is the situation. I am roughly 3/4 of the way through building a rather

couple of retractable designs, but they won't work in the space I have
alotted.
The gear must retract into a 6 wide X 12 long area, where the height is two
bricks (give or take, I haven't fully decided yet). The gear must also be able
to support the weight of the ship, I estimate 1-2 pounds. For reference, the
ship is about 90 studs long X 32 studs wide and 9 bricks tall.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Duane

I wanted to send out a mesage to those who helped me with the landing gear
on this craft. I found a design that worked and was able to withstand the
weight.

However, I have recently moved all of my Lego collection from the spare
bedroom upstairs to a corner in the basement and the ship didn't survive
the move well. <sniff> <sniff> <sob!>

Rather than rebuild and repair, I've decided to recycle and move on to
another project.

Once again, thanks for the help.

Duane
