When I am finally done, I am going to take pictures of it - definitely!
There are too many new ideas in it that I want to document. It has a two man
cockpit, crew quarters for four, ops station, four cryo chambers, four escape
pods, and two mission specific vehicles. I have sections of it in LDraw. My
goal is to put the whole thing in LDraw as soon as all of the parts are
available.

I have structural beams running along the bottom of the ship right now, but it
won't support it's own weight yet. Once I am able to attach landing gear, I
will add a few more supports and the retractable cargo ramps and enclose the
whole thing. Still lots of work left though.

Let me know if you have any cool engine ideas too. I haven't been giving much
thought to how this monster is going to be powered.

Sounds cool.  I want to see pictures!  As for landing gear, I never really use
it.  I usually just support the ship with a pyramid of technic beams whil e
still working on it and sometimes for photos.  But for landing craft.....

Hear is the situation. I am roughly 3/4 of the way through building a rather
large space cruiser and I need some landing gear to support it. I have a
couple of retractable designs, but they won't work in the space I have • alotted.
The gear must retract into a 6 wide X 12 long area, where the height is two
bricks (give or take, I haven't fully decided yet). The gear must also be • able
to support the weight of the ship, I estimate 1-2 pounds. For reference, the
ship is about 90 studs long X 32 studs wide and 9 bricks tall.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
