(...) The problem that you have encountered seems to be a common Cygwin problem. (please google cygintl-3.dll). I guess that you need to re-install Cygwin. 2003 we started seeing 6 wide truck from TLC, and now they have some awesome 8 wide construction trucks. But I'm curious, is this creating the problem for everyone that it does for me? How do 8 wides look on a standard road plates? (19 years ago, 19-Aug-07, to lugnet.town)
