This is not correct. Also the "0 BFC CERTIFY CW" effects all other
following lines. It would be better to explain, that all linetypes
(except linetype 0) are separate from all other non linetype 0 lines.
META commands can do a lot and it should be stated at the beginning. As
I started I was confused by exact this (see above) lines.
This only as a first sight.

| Like all previous LSCs, the 2006/7 LSC was charged with ratifying the LDraw File Format 1.0 specification. After much work checking, and ratifying as necessary, all linked specs and language extensions, and many months of dicussions about the actual (...) (17 years ago, 20-Aug-07, to lugnet.cad) !
