I think it's fine although I do have one fairly minor nitpick. I'd rather the
top and bottom of the large 'brackets' be done using / and \ as follows
/ a b c x \
| d e f y |
| g h i z |
\ 0 0 0 1 /
to avoid confusion with determinates which typically use the straight lines.
