Thankye! I had originally set out make this a large artillery piece with the platform encasing a large weapon of some sort with a slight offset to the other side. You got it.... a bulldog was invovled in the inspiration! The troop platform of the Normandy landers does have an influence here as well. First Shouldn't part 3962 Town Radio be renamed to Minifig Tool Radio? The version that is now in the libray displays wrong in MLCAD (and in all other programs for that matter).
