I was at Target and noticed that their LEGO section has been totally cleaned out. The only thing they had was 1 AAT, 1 MF, 1 UCS TIE, some buckets, and a bunch of Mindstorms sets (including the DSDK). The MF box was ripped open, and there were (...) (26 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Lego Breaks

Hi, Yes I read an article on that at early this year... that's how I found out about Lego MindStorms actually. I just tried searching Yahoo news for it ((URL) but they don't go back that far. It just said how there is so much stress in silicon (...) (26 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Lego Measurements?

(...) I believe that Minifigures are meant to represent children... as such, they are not too far off scale. The rest of Legoland is scaled to a child's size, much like a play-house. This is why the Anakin figure was the same size as all the others, (...) (26 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

  Re: Next Lugola meeting

I don't mind my apartment being a possible meeting place for our next gathering, if Dave's too busy and/or tired. My dinosaur should be done by the end of this month. -Henry (26 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.org.us.lugola)

  UCS Tie Interceptor 20% off

I was at the Noodle Kidoodle (soon to be Zany Brainy) at 183 and Great Hills Trail yesterday. They have a 20% off selected Lego sale going, including the new UCS Tie Interceptor.   Trade

I had a #6755, but it lost important pieces, so I just decided to scrap it and use the parts in other stuff. (...) Have you passed "The Hacker FAQ" on to your management? (URL) reads like a joke - but actually, it's a serious document that's spot on what managers need to know.   Primus BuS' Marauder (Hey, Primus)

I built the Marauder, as you've probably heard, and did my best to 'colorize' it in a grey/dark grey color scheme..... and then used it at the BrikWar event. Man, I'm glad I did that - the Marauder layed waste to 60% of Greg Majewski's army, and (...) (26 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
