No. I looked at the box shown at BricksWest pretty carefully, and the only
indication I saw of the number was the actual 1x2 red tile that has the number
printed on it. I didn't look at the instructions or see any "certificate"...
I think the registry is going to end up being a registry of 1x2 tiles rather
than of Super Chiefs themselves-- I know that mine will get kit-bashed pretty
severely;-)
