There has been a cool tendency of many LEGO Train Clubs to pattern their logos
after fallen flags (logos from defunct railroads) that once operated in the
region where those clubs reside.
I thought that folk might find it interesting if I posted all of the current LTC
logos that I'm aware that have done this, so that people could see why
particular LTC logos are the way they are, and to inspire budding LTCs to follow
this model. If I have made an error, or if you know of one to include, please
LMK.

| Very cool! John, do you know where I can find out about defunct railroads from the Southern California area? Our club has been searching for a logo and haven't come up with anything we are in love with. We have our first show coming up in December (...) (23 years ago, 6-Nov-01, to lugnet.trains.org)
