Esquimault and Nanaimo??? Are they defunct?
White Pass and Yukon? They aren't defunct... and aren't even in the same
province, but at least they're western and memorable.
It helps if the herald is interesting looking.

| (...) Sure. Past God's Endurance is one, and a whole scad of logging roads existed (Brooks Scalon(?) and so on...) (PGE-Pacific Great Eastern, former name of BC Rail).
