Because I saw none on brickshelf. Does such a ldraw model exist yet? I saw plenty of supercars and old technic sets but no 8868 or 8862. I wrote Michael Anderson (firmware guru at TLC) expressing my concerns about the future of Mindstorms based on the recent press regarding TLC's financial woes. I asked him if he could reassure me. let's don't make things worse than they really are if we think "the core" is brick and nothing more then we should think TLC will stop producting plates which is stupid so IMO technic is a patr of "core" the same with liftarms (studless beams) "the (...) LDraw calls the "studless beams" liftarms, but others who do not use LDraw tools simply refer to them as studless beams. Lego is also pretty inconsistent about (...) It seems like the writing is on the wall with regards to the retail sector for many of LEGO's more sophisticated lineups --- press releases abound about how LEGO is restructuring and eliminating all its electronics (which I assume means Mindstorms) (...)
