This stuff is great!! I remember about three years ago, Lego said it would be about three years before they could begin emerging from the Junior Age. I've been waiting patiently for this to actually occur and am pleased that they stuck to their (...) (22 years ago, 4-Feb-03, to lugnet.technic)

(...) I've tested the solar panel some more today, and I've messured it giving 8 watts to the lego motor now, at 15:15 in the afternoon on yet another sunny winterday in Holland. I still have every motor I ever bought. One runs a bit rough, but still does the job. I consider the LEGO low-speed geared motors to be one of the key components that make the entire system viable. (...) One thing that could be done is a paraglider, that is a form of parachute with motor, propellor and controls hanging under it. Or a normal V-shaped glider. hi Oyvind it's always attract to build separate parts and then joint them together but IMO... let's say when i built acceptable part i try to build it in not join but build in it confuses me sometimes because i have to rebuild big part of model very (...) maybe is it going to be a new thread lego glider :) i suppose the structure can be enough light and strong but the problem is to make good profile of wings and propellor (because i'd like to build a plane) and of course the main issue is remote (...) (22 years ago, 29-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)
