That would be taller than the tallest building on the West Coast,
and would cost into the billions of dollars, if it was a full model.
Given the large size, a partial model would probably be more
appropriate (i.e. it would be the shell of a sphere and only have
enough internal stuff for a few shots here and there), yet still
cost several million dollars. The difficulty would be in getting
past city ordinances to build something that large.
