Excellent work, Paul! Great form and styling on both ships. Im glad you made
these ships in microfig scale. Obviously, it gave you much more freedom of
design and it looks like you did have a lot of fun. I think you pulled it off
very well at this scale. Im impressed and inspired.
Its funny how you say never again. After I built Dragonstar, I felt the same
way. In fact, I was also thinking of going microfig on my next biggie. Going big
at minifig scale may be more impressive but it is such a chore. Also, many
sacrifices must be made to the design so the ship is never quite exactly the way
I want it. But your models came at a perfect time to spark my imagination. :)
The only thing I would suggest is re-taking your pictures against a darker
background, like a dark gray or black. The white ships on white background dont
allow your models to stand out the way they did in that cool wallpaper image you
made.
