Never again. It was a labour of love (all 1.2 metres of it), but the affair is
over... It was fun to build, and I was glad to make a microscale
(space)battleship with the features it has, but there's just too many things
wrong with big ships. They're kind of interesting to build once, but they're a
pain to transport and an even bigger pain to photograph. Not to mention one
could really make at least two ships that are just as interesting and are a
better use of the parts... this one will be dismantled to make way for other
stuff.

I know I've said it before Paul but I really do love these ships.  your
fleet is starting to scare me a little though, so much power!

This is my favourite MOC, far and away. It only took a short time to build, it
was pure inspiration all the way. My greebling was better than usual, too.
IMHO.
:-)

it isn't as "Impressive" at first glances as the "big" one (or the "Flame"
if you want to get correct about it) but on closer inspection it has a few
more impressive features.  The cannon that runs the length of the ship, the
placement of the engines, the "shell" like look.  it is a work of art.

Feedback is welcome. Lack of feedback is OK, too - I just love building stuff
really.

Paul, after my foray into microscale ships with my Starcraft MOC's and
seeing these beauties I have become inspired.  It's going to take some time
but I plan to build a Microscale Starship.  the sky is the limit (or is it...)

(...) Yep, one big 9V battery pack each... ;-) (...) What can I say, I feel that it's my best effort so far. It's going to be hard to top it. (...) Go for it. I look forward to seeing it at a future MUGS meeting. Cheers, (URL) Sci-Fi LEGO> (21 years ago, 18-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
