AWESOME..I agree with todd here. I don't know where this should go but it
should definitely be kept.
I agree with some others' opinions that this does not necessarily benefit
the lay reader to a great degree. However, I think that as people do more
and more with Legos and create things that border on the abstract, this will
be a great framework within which to think. I could see this being a great
planning tool for geometric or abstract objects/scupltures in lego where the
number of constructive surfaces vs. decorative elements will be huge and the
only good way to design it would be to perform a quick analysis on it using
the guidelines you have written out (I see constraint problem optimized and
lagrange multipliers...but then I'm a dork). Anyway, thanks again for
letting us know. I hope somebody with a stable website can keep/archive
this.
