A phenomenally more complex suggestion (that I would probably prefer if I had
all the programming resources in the world) would be:

If a robot accidentally hits the 'End Of Turn' without dropping a chip into the
gameboard, the opponent has the *option* on that turn to pass without placing a

But that gets complicated, especially since you'd have to tell the opposing RCX
that you passed on your turn with good cause. IE, he would have to tell the
difference between you passing and you accidentally not moving. Yeah, so
disregard that suggestion, I guess. But for the record I think that would be an
awesome compensation if it were easily feasible.
