Yeah, that's the problem. Wouldn't it be nice if our great grandchildren could
call themselves citizens of Earth. It would be a costly endevor to say the
least, but it could be done. Liberating the people and educating them while
preserving their cultural backround would be the hardest and best thing to do.
But Dubbya only cares about oil, not where the world is in a hundred years.
