Postal Services worldwide, being overwhelmed by lettters from the kids to
Santa Claus, petitioned the Canadian Government for years to change a
specific Postal Code(1).
One of the last things PET did before he stepped down was to make an
Executive Charge--the postal code H0H 0H0 was specifically assigned to the
North Pole, thus helping the postal service alleviate misdirected mail
intended for Santa.
I think that it was possibly one of the best decrees PET made.

*the aforementioned story is ficticious--any resemblance to situations
and/or persons living or dead is entirely coincidental--tough I kinda like
the idea.
