As I said earlier, I have a serious love/hate relationship with TRU. Love the selection in one place, and they are the only game in town. Hate the customer service. The employees all seem dejected and listless. If I needed a job really bad I would NEVER get a job there- it seems that someone who actually likes toys who got a job there would have that love of toys sucked out of them in a jiffy. I wonder, when they are interviewing applicants, if the question "do you like toys?" even comes up, and if so, which answer are they looking for? Chris

(...) I remember once a couple years back they were advertising for holiday help, and I joked with a cashier that I should work there just to get the employee discount. (...) As do I. I know they had a much better selection of LEGO sets than anyone, TRU looked like and still does a garbage store compared to them.
