You can save on time by buying "bulk"...I typically get US stamps (which are
really just ordinary stamps, but $0.55 worth instead of $0.46) in multiples of
10, and only need to pick them up once or twice a year; most drugstores have
them. I also do enough buying online to justify a US dollar account at my
bank, which simplifies things amazingly.
