This increase will not discourage people from listing. If it does discourage people from listing, then there will not be as much items up for bid, so then the person who did list item(s) will reap the benefit of more bids on their auction(s), which (...) (...) If the colors in the photo are true - and I've seen some wide variation form true, the dk gray blue and rust look like MegaBlock colors from a few years back. I guess they have to pay for all those TV ads somehow. Yahoo! just started charging this past week for auctions.They only charge to list, no charge on the final value: $0.01 - $9.99 $0.20 $10.00 - $24.99 $0.35 $25.00 - $49.99 $0.75 $50.00 and up (...) DaveE and Bryan Wong (1) together have it backwards. Putting information in the listing about where to get it cheaper *is* against the eBay TOS. Example provided by DaveE (quoted below). Unbelievable. This is the same guy who was running the false "buy it now" for 124.99 8458 Dutch auction: (URL) put up one Silver Champion for 124.99 but promised others to get around the listing fees for a Dutch auction. But, one other possibility: He was sick of seeing 8458s go for over $100 on ebay, and was trying to deflate the market for them a bit. Pure speculation on my part.
