Jake, I filled it out. Something you really (and I do mean REALLY) need to take into account is the multiplier between how much I spent and the relative MSRP of the same product. My set buying days are over. I will not buy any 2004 or later sets until such time as the grey and brown colors are changed back to their original versions (which I expect will be never). Another problem that no-one seems to have mentioned. My group (The Brickish.org) has appeared on television but if I choose to say that it has then next question is how many times I have appeared and doesn't give me option to say none. Short term, my spending has gone up. I spent a lot of money at Dollar General and on clearance stuff at WalMart and KB - all 2003 and earlier sets. My shopping behaviour hasn't changed a bit. Apart from the odd Technic set I bought (the back-hoe and the 8868 from E-vil-bay), my Lego collection has been grown just like previous years; every minifig-scale set that was brought out, ended up in my (...) I think they're just refusing to admit that one of the reasons for the color change is that they use recycled ABS now for some grey and black (as noted in various articles on the web). I have not bought any 2004 sets yet, nor do I have any plans to do so. since I heared of the colour change I have bought 2003 sets from Wallmart, TRU and S@H, and I have placed some Bricklink orders (naturally with lots of grey and brown peices), (...) No its just the 8 bricks in the middle of the frameconstruction where the stand (feet) is mounted. All the weight from the ship is resting on those two stands and offcourse the bricks where those stands are mounted will get all the tension. It can (...) Does anyone recall examples of MOCs where the model changes color part way and there is a minifig hard at work "painting" it?
