Given the costs and complexity of the die and the minimum number that needs
to be printed, I think there can only be one sheet. But that sheet would
have roughly 6 different army factions with matching shields (5x of each
faction) and 20-30 misc. characters.

| (...) Forgive my ignorance--I don't know how this all works. Are the printing and the cutting integrated, or two separate processes? Can't you have different sheets that use the same die? IE, each sheet has 30 shields and 50 torsos in the same (...) (24 years ago, 8-Feb-01, to lugnet.castle)
