Almost what I thought when I read that one. Will Harry Potter
consume the prospects of a castle line in the near future as the
StarWars syndication did for the space line.

Yes, I believe that Hp is more themed to a mythological/ fantasy setting
than castle. In my opinion, it's modernized fantasy taken to the extreme,
which gets boring fast. In fact, I read all four books and saw the movie,
but I don't see what exactly made HP "catch on". Almost every book is the
same, except that Harry Knows more spells or fights a new minion.
Oh yeah, the movie was okay, but between that and something like Road to
Perdition, I think I would skip Harry Potter (I can't get over those
mob movies :)

Thank goodness for that. I'm hoping lego will release a new legend (that
I can either afford, or appeals to me) sometime soon. Just hoping for either
some new castle items or anything blacktron.

Maybe...I like the challange of getting rare parts, but can't stand the
prospect of having to resort to drastic measures to get a so called "scarce
piece" in todays sets like for instance, bulk light grey bricks. Maybe
those are just tactics to boost bulk sales, or you can always blame
juniorization .
