Hi,
Great idea, here are some of the things on my wish list.Some of these i am
sure, are more feasible than others:
Some new weapons; infantry pike, glaive (without an oversized blade), mace,
morning star etc. It would also be cool to see a return of the round shield,
perhaps it coudl be made in brown and other colours too?
Some new helmets. I'd really like to see a medieval sallet (tight-fitting late
medieval helmet with visor), a normal norman helmet (simply a flared helmet)
without the falre, but keeping the noseguard, and a kettle helmet with a
slightly less broad brim, and without that silly "chainmail hood" attached to
it, which doesn't look like a chainmail hood at all. New castle minifigs could
have chainmail hoods painted onto their heads. Preferably across the whole
head, or realitically just aroud the face.
I'd like to see a brick, say a 1 by 2 by 3 with a realistic looking arrow slit
cut into it.
Add me also to the list of those who would like to see horses in new colours,
dark and light grey, tan, multicoloured, etc. It would also be cool to see more
horse bardings, and perhaps a simple dark grey faceplate that doesn't look like
it was fashioned on a dragon's head.
In terms of basic building bricks, it woud be cool to get some new 1 brick high
pieces that could be incorporated into a round 8 by 8 tower (think the droid
escape pod wall sections)
On the topic of the castle theme being "dead", clearly it would be great to be
able to uy castle sets in the shops again, but I would rather have HP sets than
even more-than-before juniorised castle sets. Think of it this way, if Town has
given way to Jack Stone, would we prefer a Jack Stone castle line, or no castle
line?

PS: On the topic of new minifig pieces, I remember seieng someones custom built
norman helmet and great helm a long time ago. There was talk at the time of
these being mass produced an potentially sold to oter AFOLs, but i don't
think it ever actually materialised. Is this still a possibility? I woud love
to get my hands on a bunch of helmets.
