Re: Patterned Parts Summary available in the Parts Tracker

(...) I don't have a lot of character as of yet (I have a pretty large collection on the way that I got from eBay) but if you want me to filter through Peeron I can do that -Orion (22 years ago, 9-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Patterned Parts Summary available in the Parts Tracker

I forgot to ask: Is anyone willing to help compile the minifig 'character' lists, so we can pre-assign pattern codes? It's not a lot of work to do one or two playthemes (err-except maybe for pirates). Steve (22 years ago, 9-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Patterned Parts Summary available in the Parts Tracker

(...) Ummm... I submitted a torso yesterday that has the pattern code 973pn7, which seems to be reserved for another pattern. Can this be changed to a good pattern number please (Chris or Steve). Thanks -Orion (22 years ago, 9-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) Many thanks to Chris for developing this great resource! :) Following his lead, I've moved most of the results of my 'minifig pattern' pages into the still-developing request tracker. Pre-assigned pattern codes will show up on the PPS for (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Antialiasing lines and printed polygons

(...) Another nifty thing to do is to draw the printed polygons (type 3 and 4 lines in ldraw that don't use color 16) a second time in GL_LINE mode and antialias them along with the type 2 and type 5 edge lines. This gives you a nice cheap (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Patterned Parts Summary available in the Parts Tracker

To aid the review and allocation of pattern codes to the patterned (aka decorated) parts, a new Pattern Parts Summary has been added to the PT Reference (URL) Enter a part number in the "Patterned Part Summary" box to get a single page summary of (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  PT Part Queue Request

Hello Steve, is it possible to take all parts out of the part queue which have 2 normal certify votes? These are blogging up the queue and I have to scroll for parts which don't have the two necessary certify votes. Play well Carsten (22 years ago, 8-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: PT Problem Report

(...) Ran into a few more errors in the pictures, this time while viewing 48 segment primitives. Some of the 48 segment primitives showed pictures of their 16 segment counterpart. -Orion (22 years ago, 3-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  PT Problem Report

The picture displayed in the part details page for a fixed part seems to be that of the current version not the fixed version. I noticed this while viewing the updated connect primitives, so this may be isolated to just those primitives -Orion (22 years ago, 3-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Render suggestion

Hi all, I was having a parting out party last night, and Paul mentioned that it'd be nice if you could render filtered by part; specifically, choose to render only selected part (or parts) in the entire model, eg "show me all the technic bushes in (...) (22 years ago, 3-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) [snip] (...) [snip] (...) OK, then, good. These were the two L3P error messages I saw when I downloaded the file after Orion fixed it. :-D So, I fixed these two warnings and reloaded the file. Thanks, Franklin (22 years ago, 2-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)
