(...) I also wish that double-clicking a file had a function, but not opening the editor. I wish it opened a user-defined program with the file name (but of course its path first). /Tore (22 years ago, 12-Apr-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Hi Jennifer, I started on a new meta-command in LPub to address these concerns (because my head is still spinning from the whole extension topic.)   Monorial curves

I saw that the monorail staight tracks were added to the official parts. Is anyone working on the curves? (I'm dying to make an animation of a monorail going around the track) Thanks! Jimmy (22 years ago, 11-Apr-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

You can blame MSIE and its crappy file handling here. Some parts of MSIE will use the MIME type from the server (application/x-ldraw or whatever) and some parts will use the filename. Unfortunatly, IE seems not to handle content-disposition (...) (22 years ago, 11-Apr-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.models, lugnet.admin.general)
