copyright offices and waited 6 or so months for the copyright aproval of
your 'product'?  If not, I have some extra copyright forms you could use...

You're thinking trademark.  Mladen has (at least in the US) a copyright over
anything he
has created.

One can *register* a copyright, which makes it much easier to defend in a court
of law, but
one does not need to register to actually hold a copyright.

(I'm not a lawyer, but if I were, I'm sure I could dredge up some precedent / example here. There was a special exception added (...) (...) Exactly right. Further the copyright is by default! That is, you have to disclaim it to immediately put something in the public domain. And I believe in the US, at least, an explicit assertion is not required, although it helps protect your (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.underground)
