The real question lies not in skin tone, but as to how they will represent some of the more colorful characters in the NBA. Wow...All of those models are simply stunning. The megatron is very VERY well done. I think Starscream would be fun one to do but even cooler would be cyclonus. Thanks Dave, Megatron is pretty solid, the legs aren't all brick, but most of the rest is. When building I wasn't conciously trying to lighten him, I tend to build more for strength and rigidity than for weight concerns. I've been toying with the (...) thanks for the constructive criticizm. i totally agree with you. the legs are a bit stumpy and also have very little articulation. the whole mecha, imo, looks more like a mech than a mecha. that is to say, it looks more mechanical than organic. my (...) Tobbe! I figure I need each leg to preform two functions, Side to side swing and lift. So each leg will have two drive trains, for a total of 12 drive systems. Each drive train may require more than one motor. So a minimum of 12 more motors are (...) (22 years ago, 2-Nov-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
