Greetings all. Long time no post for me.

I'm desinging the latest Swarmic creature and I saw all the stuff on how to
make joints stiffer by inserting tubing and wire and such into them. I was
wondering if anyone has figured out a way to make this piece tighter:

Thanks in advance,

Depends on which joint you're stiffening. If you're talking about the
technic-pin part, I have succesfully used a little paper to tighten the
rotation. If you mean the fingery parts, I believe the black version of this
part is quite a bit stiffer than the other colors.
   Hope this helps.

(...) Hey Jeremiah. Thanks for the help! The paper on the pin worked like a charm and allowed me to finish the arms on the latest Swarm creature in time for tonight's TCLUG. Thanks again, -- Mark Nelson LCC Command: (URL) (22 years ago, 8-Nov-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
