wow, i'm so glad i got to post in this newsgroup. you guys are really nice
to us neophites. it just encourages me to stick w/my new hobby. before i
actually got back into lego, i did some mecha scale modeling (mostly gundam
models). i was really into it (gluing, sanding, primering, and air-brushing
my models). but since my son was born, that extra room went to my daughter
(no more room for fumes). but after seeing lego mecha works by guys such as
yourself, i knew i could continue building mecha w/o having to do all that
painting and sanding. thanks for the encouragement!
