This year there was a category for custom mini-figs which actively
encouraged custom parts. I also accepted entries which had custom parts as
long as they were not in the majority. I'd be very interested in people's
opinions on this sort of subject, so that a clear set of rules and guidlines
can be included in next year's contest. Is there enough interest in custom
parts to make it a separate category? let me know!
