Ummm... There are four reasons why I did leave the the technic bushs there: A) I like to stick to a specific colour scheme when I build my models. My mecha transport will have a grey, dark-grey, and yellow colour scheme. I don't want any black on (...) (24 years ago, 1-Apr-01, to lugnet.build)

Has anyone made any graphics for minifig torsos available online for printing on stickers? Would anyone be interested if I were to do so? I tried removing the printing on a minifig torso using Brasso yesterday. It worked, but it was a lot of work. I'm almost convinced it was the rubbing and not the Brasso that did the trick. Great question! In part because all of us have to wrestle with this question all the time! (...) For the most part, I'm definitely in the "keep models together" category. (...) I'd call these origami mechs. Small, intricate, beautiful. There was one mech where a SW Battle Droid body was used as part of head, very clever parts use. I've been link-jumping through what pages i could, and didn't find much that came close to that first page, although this page has a few similar designs: (URL) its crazy to think how much great design we haven't seen, even with brickshelf.
