I tried removing the printing on a minifig torso using Brasso yesterday. It
worked, but it was a lot of work. I'm almost convinced it was the rubbing and
not the Brasso that did the trick.
Has anyone discovered an easier way to do this, chemically? I'm about to try
other chemicals. Are there any I shouldn't bother with because others have
tried and had no success or no better success than with Brasso?
Thanks,
Amy

| (...) Toothpaste seems to work also. Supposedly Tarter Control Toothpaste has more abrasive in it so it works better, I still have some work to finish one the one soccer fig I am removing the '1' from the back of. You can only see where the '1' was (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)
