I’d suggest that instead of yet another minifig-based set (which you can do any time you want), go for something that you otherwise might not do. This is a reprint of a Bricklink thread... Starting around 1954, TLG had a mascot for LEGO boxes and catalogs, that we refer to today as the LEGO GNOME. (...) The MPD contains several references to a file called 'unknown'. It looks like most of these references were originally references to unofficial primitive files, like 1-24edge.dat.
