Re: Module idea for new layout section

(...) This is exciting news, Jonathan, and reminds me of how the TCLTC layout got started-- section by section. I have only one suggestion to throw out to you for consideration-- how about building up 17 1/3 studs and putting in a ping-ponging (...) (19 years ago, 21-May-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Weber County Scout Jamborall

To all, ULUG participated in a weekend Scout Jamborall in Weber County. The show was a great success but incredibly exhausting and short. 7 of us, as everyone knows who goes to train shows, spent 10 hours setting up and two hour taking down for a 6 (...)   Re: Articles on ldraw.org out of date - I can help

(...) Curiously enough, the tutorial cited ((URL)) recommends making the first submodel an empty model in order to "help in speeding up the upload time" for large models. I think it's interesting that MPD is still often presented as an extension to (...) (19 years ago, 19-May-07, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, FTX)

Re: NXC - embedded functions failed

(...) This is definitely a problem in NXC. The problem is that the value of arg "a" (33) to the function Max is being replaced during the second call to Max since it passes 5 into arg "a". It looks like I need to figure out a decent way to implement (...) (19 years ago, 21-May-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

Module idea for new layout section

Hello! I have decided to add a 16'(or possibly 18') x 2' section to my current layout. It will be along one of the walls in my layout room. This unfortunately means I have to move my current layout tables over appx 8" to give me enough space to walk (...) (19 years ago, 21-May-07, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.town, lugnet.trains)

  3 New Mecha

Hehowerverllo all, In the last few weeks I finally had some time to build again. I built three mecha along a similar design base. Two of them are variants of the same design, while the third is bigger and has more structural changes. The first two (...) (19 years ago, 21-May-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.announce.moc)

Re: Who has made LDD truck/bogie designs?

(...) Here is another truck design (URL) truck design is a bit longer than a standard truck, which makes it more suitable for passenger cars. The design of the rungs also makes this truck more suitable for 8-stud wide trains. Note that because of (...) (19 years ago, 21-May-07, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Contenitore IKEA antonius

(...)   Re: Contenitore IKEA antonius

(...) L'ho visto anch'io all'Ikea e a me non sembrava così buono... i bordi inclinati delle vaschette in particolare. Poi lo spazio tra le vashette, i bordi esterni troppo ampi... insomma, a me pare proprio fatta apposta per NON metterci i Lego :-) (...) (19 years ago, 21-May-07, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

Re: Informations on new TECHNIC element and color coded parts

(...) Hmm. That would seem to imply that a 1x3 thin liftarm is, indeed, 3M long. Yes, "M" is defined as the distance between two hole centers, but the length of the piece can be cleanly read off the graph behind it - 3M. (19 years ago, 21-May-07, to lugnet.technic)
