I don’t know if this really counts as “SNOT,” but I was playing around the other night and came up with this technique for gripping the rear edge of the curved 30384 canopies:



It’s not an absolutely flush fit, but it’s close enough for government work:



It stays together pretty well. Instead of a 1 x 2 brick with two pins you could probably also use a technic brick with holes and friction pins.

I haven’t used it in a model yet but the idea was to find a way to mount a hinge on the back of this canopy.
