Re: Lame Parts Competition - The Prize Winners

I almost used the Nick Bluetooth minilegs I got from the McDonalds Happy meal promo baby Galidor thing, but since I wanted to keep the brown and tan color scheme, I figured blue legs just wouldn't cut it. Ahh, well. (...) How about next (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.contests)

Re: Lame Parts Competition - The Prize Winners

(...) Or if you'd bought Nick Bluetooth you could have walked away with it :) I did consider going by the quantity of each part, but I think the way I did it encouraged using more different parts rather than relying on lots of a particular one.   Re: Lighthouse

(...) That's very nifty. I love the wave, the shark, and the architectural details on the bridge. The rock island is also very nicely done. It's the little things like this that separate a good model from an outstanding one. Adrian -- (URL) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.town)

Re: Pre - Classic Space rears it's ugly head again

This pre-classis space stuff is way cool. I like the washed out coloring. Though if a NASA-esque group built this, there'd likely be some gold insulation foil somewhere on the ship to add a splash of color. I've actually been thinking of building in (...)   Couple o' MOCs

Hi again, First up I present a small hover car. This one began life as a CAD only model. Damn, I knew I should've gone out and bought one of those buckets in order to get a picket fence :) I could've won!
